I have these pans, but haven't used them yet, My problem is volume. How many pans will the recipe for one loaf of white bread hold, and how long do I bake them?
The pans will hold any recipe that calls for using a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan. Just divide your dough in quarters and place in the pans. If you decide to use one of our quick bread mixes, they too, will fill the pans perfectly. When baking in these mini pans, continue to use the baking temperature stated in your recipe, just adjust the time. Different recipes will require different baking times. For the white bread, you want the internal temperature to be at least 190 degrees F. I would start checking after about 20 minutes. ~Mel @ KAF

I used these pans for the first time a couple days ago to make French herb bread. I was impressed. The bread was evenly browned. I didn't grease the pans beforehand, and the loaves popped right out. Clean up was a breeze. I used to use the foil mini loaf pans; what a pain those were to clean, and then they'd lose their shape. I appreciate the quality and sturdiness of the KAF pans plus the fact that they're made in the USA.

I had thought about trying the KAF pans, but having a kitchen full of pots and pans, couldn't justify buying another one. Finding I didn't have mini-pans gave me that excuse I needed! I have to agree with the majority of the other responses, I'm very pleased with these little pans. They performed beautifully for me, and maybe I'll just have to "lose" some pans and replace them with KAF!.

First thing that caught my attention was USA product, so I ordered a set. I loved them so much, I ordered another. Clean up is a snap and they bake mini loaves perfectly. Going to get my daughters each a set. Thanks, KA, for these great little pans. Keep the USA products coming.

JUST WHAT I NEEDED!! I flunked out using those "convenient" disposable tin holiday deco pans in a MAJOR way. I treated myself to these pans and others and I'm VERY happy with them!!

I love these. A savory muffin recipe filled two pans (12 oz. batter each) and the mini-breads turned out perfectly. Good for smaller households.

Can't fault the pans, and I hate to dis KAF because everything they do is exemplary. My complaint is with selling these pans as a set of four. I've spoken to c/s about this is they sounded sympathetic but said that's the way they come to them. Well, they bear the KAF stamp and they could order them any way they like. The problem is, every dessert bread recipe I have is for two large loaves or six mini loaves. They wouldn't sell me two so I had to order an additional set of four.
