What a great product!! I am going to buy more of the made in US pans. All I do is let the muffins cool for 10 minutes in the pan. They pop right out. I also use pam on the pans before I start. They wash right clean with hot water and soap. Good Job King Arthur for getting these in.

STICK STICK STICK! The pan might be "quality" made, but be prepared to greese the heck out of it. All my muffins stick and burn terribly, even with quality baking spray after several uses. Also, I didn't realize it was a 20 hole pan. Odd size, most minis are 24. No recipes included. If recipes were included (hint, hint!) maybe I would have a better idea of how long to bake in this unique pan.
Vanessa - I am so sorry you did not get the proper information. It is best to shorten the bake time and even decrease the oven temperature if necessary. Please call our customer service for a credit, 1-800-827-6836. Elisabeth @ KAF

There's no doubt that this is a quality pan, but I guess I didn't realize how tiny the "muffins" would be. The tops of the cups are 1 3/4", as specified, but they slope from a small base and the muffins are almost single-bite. If you're looking for tiny muffins, this is what you want. The muffins I baked were 1 1/2" in diameter and slightly less than 1" high, which is the depth of the cups. A recipe that fills 12 standard size muffin cups produced 20 of these PLUS seven standard sized muffins.
