- Mini popovers are delightful teatime treats. You’ll make your best popovers ever in this pan from Nordic Ware, makers of fine American bakeware since 1946.
- A dozen separate 1 5/8”-dia. x 1 5/8”-tall cups are connected only at their rims, so oven-hot air circulates freely between them. The result? Bigger “pop” – a full 4” tall! And sufficient space that popovers don’t crowd one another as they rise.
- Heavy-gauge cast aluminum pan offers superior, even conductivity.

This pan is terrific. I wanted the large popover pan but for some reason they can't ship it to Canada. In the end I am happy that I purchased it. The popovers bake up a mile high. I would recommend that you preheat the pan. The second half of the batch I made came out really crispy because the pan was still hot when I added the batter. P.S. I used the KAF popover mix....simply delightful.

I have been looking for a mini popover pan FOREVER....I just didn't like any of them until I saw this one... GORGEOUS, heavy and well made. I was a little put off at the price until I received it and realized how nice this pan is. Definitely worth the money...and my popovers were specular!

Love it! I've been making popovers for years with a regular old muffin tin. That included digging 'em out when they stuck. Let's just say that this pan is pure luxury. The popovers rose beautifully and popped right out. My popovers have gone from a score of 7 to a perfect 10. Bravo to me and bravo to the pan.

They do not stick and they are the perfect size.

Love this pan! The popovers really pop and they release from the pan very easily. Since the popovers are small, you get twelve the first time and can immediately start another batch. Just remember to turn your oven back up when you remove the first batch! Extra bonus? It's really easy to clean!

Perfect size little popovers. Definitely half the accompanied recipe - popovers are best fresh unless you have a large crowd. Nice sturdy attractive pan.

I purchased two mini-pans and they have worked out perfectly. In fact all you need to do is turn the pan over and all twelve Popovers fall into the bowl.
