I recently used this Almond extract to bake KAF Our Favorite Blueberry Muffins and the fragrance reminded me of the beautiful pastries made in Florence Italy, this extract is far superior to the supermarket brands. I am delighted!

Remember that this flavor is much stronger than the variety you buy @ a retail store and use accordingly. Has a great flavor when used correclty.
