Lemon oil, a Baker’s Catalogue ALL-TIME BEST SELLER, is a remarkably intense essence squeezed from the rind of fresh lemons; there's no oil added, just fruit flavor.
- Use as you would fresh rind to flavor muffins, breads, pastries and pies.
- 1/4 teaspoon is the approximate equivalent of 1 tablespoon grated rind.
- Refrigerate after opening.

I bought the lemon oil and the lemon powder to make Lemon Snowball Cookies, since I so love lemon! They were SO good, I made several batches for us, but also for others who requested them. I've used the lemon oil in other recipes when I didn't have any lemon zest. Worked perfectly!

Wonderful product! As I have already stated, I bought the oil to use in the lemon snowball cookie recipe and loved it and so did everyone else. They all disappeared.

I recently used this product to make sugar lemon cookies. I think the lemon oil gave them that extra lemony taste but I think the same taste can be achieved by using extract, rind or juice. I don't think I will invest in this product again.

this lemon oil adds a wonderful flavor to Angel Food Cake and Sponge Cake, ordinarily so bland. Beiing a lemon junkie, I appreciate this product.

I used this to flavor a lemon cake w/a lemon whipped cream "frosting" and it was delightful! Full of flavor...so intense. Yummy!

I love this product. I use it so many recipes. My favorite is for lemon chiffon cake with lemon cream frosting. Even used it to make a lemon curd. YUM!

Intense lemon flavor. I bought this to use in KAF's easy Stollen recipe. It turned out great. This intense lemon flavor just adds extra citrus appeal to the other delicious ingredients. It's like adding fresh lemon.

A little goes a long way and it is well worth it!! I love the way this oil gives such a great lemon flavor to foods that I want to have a good lemon flavor. And for foods that need a sutle lemon taste, this oil has a natural lemon flavor that does not over-power the food item.
