This has a very intense almond flavor and it has to be used carefully. It gives a delicious almond flavor to your bake goods.

This is a good almond extract--not too sweet, with that nice hint of bitterness at the end. I used it right out of the package to make some black cherry syrup and it was very tasty. If you like a mellow almond flavor, this is the extract to get.
