This is a nice, heavy non-stick baking sheet. Unfortunately, anything that is cooked on it in the bottom half of the oven burns on the bottom. And it's not just a little over-browned, it's badly burned! I usually bake two sheets of cookies in the oven at a time, swapping the top and bottom sheets halfway through the cooking time, but this doesn't prevent the cookies in the bottom pan from being burned at the end. Grrr! Even my old, cheap, plain aluminum cookie sheets perform better than that.
