Finally! A nut grinder that really works.
This grinder will grind a cup of walnut halves in just 45 seconds-not bad, eh?
- Fill the hopper with nuts, turn the handle, and dice exactly the amount of nuts you need.
- Handy measurements on the base show you exactly how much you've ground.
- Turn the handle one way for coarse grind, the other for fine.
- For extra-fine, turn it over and grind again.
- Stainless steel blades, heavy plastic hopper, non-skid base.
- 1 1/3-cup capacity.

My girls use this to chop nuts for their cookie business. Works great for them. One suggestion would to have a little wide base to steady it as they turn the handle, but chops nuts great!

After less than a year of use, one of the cutting blades broke off. Cheap metal! Good thing my roommate saw that in the nuts before he ate them. Too bad, because it did a good job otherwise.

I love the job it does but I only had it a week or so when the black plastic rim cracked and I could no longer use it.My suggestion would be a metal rim.

This is just O.K., easy to use, but has nothing to do with the European style nut grinder, which I still plan to buy. If I had known that this was Progressive brand, I would have not bought it.

I am a baking student and I love this product! It is so simple to use and it does a great job for grinding all types of nuts for most basic recipes. I even bought one for my mom so she wouldn't have to pull out the food processor to grind nuts all the time. She loves it now too!

It's very useful! I even get the second one as a gift for my sister. I feel free to buy whole nuts. They are much fresher and they can be kept longer too.

I love my nut grinder! My mom had one when I was little, and I hadn't seen one for years. I got this for Christmas a year ago, and have used it over and over. So quick and easy--no more washing all the pieces of the food processor for a cup or two of nuts. The only negative I have is that sometimes while I'm turning the crank, the top unscrews itself. However, it's a small nuisance, and doesn't detract from the handiness of the product.

The cover broke within 3 mos of use. it started with a small crack then broke completely. is there some where i can get a new cover?
