This was the cake that got me hooked on KA cake mixes. I made it as a birthday cake for a close friend who is a fabulous from-scratch-only baker--and she was so impressed that she asked for the recipe!

I was disapointed. I over baked the cake, it came out too dry. The outside crust was hard and I didn't enjoy it. The inner part of the cake was tasty and buttery though. This did not taste like it came from a box. Easy to prepare with amazing flavor. I will be buying more mixes.

A very moist, light lemon, delicious tasting bundt cake. Nice for breakfast or an afternoon tea. Well worth the money.
