I really do like the flavor of this barley malt syrup. However, I have one silly problem with it - it keeps over-flowing! When I received my KA shipment I was glad it was wrapped in a plastic bag because it was oozing out and was a sticky mess. When I transferred it to a glass container that was plenty big I later found it over-flowing. Divided it into two containers. Then when I measured out 2 T. to use in a recipe I later found it over-flowing again! I have used barley malt syrup before and do not remember this problem, what the heck??

Adds wonderful flavor to wheat or multi-grain breads. I put a TB into the Scottish Toasting Bread mix.
