This is, no holds barred, one of the best brownie mixes I have ever tasted. It is moist and rich without that sort of underdone texture that a lot of "fudge type" brownie mixes have (although that can usually be remedied by following the optional 'cake-like' recipe on many boxes.) At the same time, it's not high and fluffy like a cake...it is chewy, rich (we cut them into pieces about 1/2 our usual brownie size) and still holds together enough to be able to be eaten with your fingers.
