Words cannot describe the amazing flavor of organic ghee. It is the purest form of butter. (clarified butter) No chef's kitchen is without this stuff. I had some on top of a filet mignon steak last night. Yum. Great on pancakes, use this instead of regular butter. Also can fry with it as it heats to higher temps without burning.
