This is one of my favorite King Arthur products. It works well with all sorts of goodies added to it, especially fruit (fresh or dried), nuts, and spices. I haven't yet tried putting chocolate in it, but who knows ...? I like to keep several boxes on hand. As a matter of fact, it would be great if it came in a bulk package, like some of the other mixes.

This product is high quality. Very simple and I didn't feel guilty using a mix because I knew it was free of junk preservatives!

These muffins were not dry. They are delicious! Good if you add walnuts.

I love Bran muffins
but they where dry .
i made bran muffins from scratch for my husband he loves them .But he told me never to make these gain

yummy fresh out of the oven! i added some sprinkled sugar to the tops before baking and my 4 kids didn't even wait until they cooled to eat them!
