THE BEST! Soaking it in brandy works well also. This mix alleviates the "yucky" issue of citron that many reformed fruitcake haters didn't like!

I soaked the fruit for 6 hours in a vacuum container in 1/4 cup rum extract. This fruit is absolutely the best tasting on the market. Will use again. Thanks for an outstanding product.

This fruit blend is an exciting addition to any baked good. Our favorite way to enjoy it is with Irish oatmeal; I add it when I put the water on to boil. The addition of toasted nuts makes oatmeal a cosmic experience.
