- Our Favorite Fruit Blend is a combination of diced apricots, raisins, pineapple cubes, chopped dates, and sweetened cranberries.
- Use in any fruitcake recipe, of course. But it's also delicious in muffins and quick breads, cookies, yeast breads (think panettone and stollen), trail mix, and granola bars.

I love this and always have some around. I use it in oatmeal, homemade granola... and pretty much any recipe that calls for raisins. It's great also in trail mix or just out of the bag. I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 because it's a little pricey, but it must be worth it because I keep buying it!

I grew up with my mom's great fruitcake, none of that discount store stuff, although it has been about thirty years since Mom made her last batch. This fruit blend, okay plus a liberal six-week rum application, made rave-about fruit cake. I used MaryJane Robbin's Golden Fruitcake recipe (with the fruit blend and maraschino cherries plus the above-mentioned rum); I did my mom (as well as myself) proud. Try this blend and recipe - a terrific combination; the blend would be win-win in other applications as well.

Love this fruit blend. I use it in breads and stollen. It sure beats having to chop sticky dried fruit and it tastes great!

EXCELLENT! I used this together with the candied cherries as recommended for the KAF fruitcake mix. The result was the best fruitcake I've ever had. I made a few of them. Unfortunately this year I was too late and missed getting any fruitcake mix. :-(

So good. Nice sized pieces. Chewy and tasty. Not like the stuff you get at the grocery store! We put it ineverything. It's even good in cereal.
