This stuff is great and in the size I want but it is WAY too expensive. I buy it for 7 cents a sheet for a full sheet and cut it to half sheets. And that includes the shipping cost. Of course I buy it in quantities of 5000...

This is my second review of this product. The product is great and I depend upon it for many kitchen projects. However, I want it to go back to the tubes. Since my first review complaining about the packaging, there have been others in a similar vein. KAF did replace my first shipment which was destroyed, BUT I fail to see how this saves anything at all. It cost the company money to replace and ship the item, the environment the fuel to ship said item, plus you can't recycle the sheets because they are silicone coated, so the first package went to the landfill before it's time. The only winner here is the freight company. It is now time for me to order more and I honestly don't know what I'm going to do.

These sheets are so convenient and so much easier to use than the rolled kind. I love that they are already almost flat, and I can just grab one when I need it, no tearing it off a roll or having to roll it the opposite direction to "unroll" the paper so it lies flat. These are a great quality and I'm delighted with them.

We store our parchment paper sheets in a 2 1/2 gallon zip lock bag and lay it flat in the bottom of the drawer where i keep the foil, plastic wrap and zip lock bag boxes -

I use these for baking bread, and love that they are flat. I can't stand rolled parchment! I have no problem storing them in a kitchen drawer, but could imagine it might be problematic without an available drawer.

I do a lot of baking. I love the convenience of just grabbing a sheet and placing it on the cookie sheet. I use these all the time. Glad the count of sheets was so high. I don't have to re-order so often now that I use them for things other than breads and cookies. I've been baking fish in parchment pouches as well.

For all those who are complaining that the half sheet parchment paper is no longer shipped in a cardboard tube, I would ask why you ever threw out the tube from your original shipment? I have many of these tubes from prior orders that I use for storage of many items. My half sheet parchment paper is stored in the box with my whole sheet parchment paper that King Arthur sold many years ago.

Have never sent in a review before but had to jump in to defend the packaging. I actually had an EASIER time storing this and with it NOT being in a roll, it laid flatter on my baking sheets.Left it in the wrapper, slit the seam side and with one finger pulled out sheets from the middle. Stored it standing upright along the inside of a cabinet. Don't even have to take it out of cabinet. SO easy and worked better than expected. Will only have a thin piece of plastic wrap to throw away at the end. Less in the landfill. Way to go KAF!

Wonderful product, I won't be without my KAF parchment! One order lasts forever because you can reuse the sheets. I did have the tube and my second order came tubeless. My solution was to slit one LONG side of the package, loosely roll it up, and put it in one of those "green" reusable grocery bags all the store sell for $1. I just keep it rolled up (about the same size as the tube diamater but much shorter and therefore easier to store) on my kitchen shelf. When I need a sheet I unroll, open the bag, slide out the sheet the way I did with the tube and bake away! I'm paying for product, not packaging and this *product* is far and away superior to any other brand.

This Christmas we baked 7800 cookies for family and friends. Every one of them was baked on parchment. The half sheets are the perfect size and lay flat while you are scooping. Only 1 pan burned-and that's because I forgot the timer went off. We reuse it until it turns dark brown. I only washed cookie sheets twice during our "big bake."
