No more unrolling the roll of parchment which has one goal: to re-roll itself! I couldn't bake without these perfect, flat sheets. And it's easy to trace linings by using pan bottom as a guide.

5 stars ~~ Once used, guaranteed to to be a can't do without my parchment. Add rolling pie dough on parchment as a great aid. For storage, I use a mailing tube. With a lid on each end, it doesn't matter which end I reach for. Roll the parchment and place into the tube. To remove a sheet, start from the center and simply slide a sheet out. I live for convenience. Decorate the tube----makes a great baker's gift. So slick to just slide out a sheet at a time. Makes a great baker's gift too!!

Love the convenience of the pre-cut sheets. Well worth the extra money. I have the bag hanging on a hook in my pantry so the sheets are always flat - no curling in the pan like you get with the rolls. And they fit perfectly in the half sheet pans. I can bake a double batch of cookies using only two sheets. They can be reused several times with no problem! One of my new "have to have" items!

This paper is everything every other reviewer says it is. So much better than supermarket varieties and even the restaurant variety I tried. Nothing sticks to this paper. As an additional benefit, for those of us who iron and sew, this paper is GREAT for using on top of fusible interfacing when pressing and it definitely helps keep the sole plate on the iron smooth and stick free.

I've used these half sheet parchment papers for years. For several years I also ran a catering business. They are second to none. I've tried others off and on, from very reputable companies but nothing beats the parchement sheets here. With just regular parchment you run the risk of items still sticking to them; I have yet to have a problem with the sheets I use from King Arthur flour. They are top notch.
