These are great for pizza. No more cornmeal on the peel or on the stone. Yes the high heat does do a number on them but they last for one cooking with no problem and make getting the pizza on and off the stone a breeze. Two thumbs up on this!

I just made three different cookies, each about 4 to 6 dozen, and used only TWO sheets of parchment!!! What a fabulous product! I have given it as gifts as I thought it was a great find, but this was unbelievable!!!

This is one of those products you really don't think you need until you've had a chance to use it. Now I can't imagine what I did before parchment paper. The sheets are so much thicker than the parchment available in the grocery store. Beyond using for cooking, I also use it to wrap sticky baked goods. I just received my first order since the packaging changed and my only negative comment is the plastic wrap was torn exposing the parchment. The customer service Rep (Jill) was really great & could not have been nicer. My solution to storing the sheets without a tube is to mount a letter size wall pocket (found in your local office supply store) in my pantry or baking cabinet to hold them.

I just received this item today. I can tell by feeling the sheets that they are thick and high quality, but the box arrived partially open and damaged the sheets inside. The tape on the flattened box had completely opened on one side, leaving the package of parchment sticking out. The plastic wrap around the parchment had also come completely open on the exposed side. The only reason it didn't fall out of the box completely was that it was an inch or two larger than the previously taped opening. Love the product, but am unhappy that the edges are totally chewed up. Pamela, I am sorry to hear this. Why haven't you contacted us? We stand behind our products 100%. I will have a new pack of parchment on it's way first thing tomorrow. Please call us if you ever have an issue with your order. Frank @ KAF.

This is a kind of a cart before the horse review. Before purchasing anything I read the reviews. I am an old timer with limited baking skills who really enjoys cooking. It's therapy! Some suggestions for the complaints: Size: I have two baking sheets-one old and one relatively new, which I just measured. They are different size. Who knew! I am sure the parchment sheets will be easier to use than than the rolled grocery store stuff even though they probably won't fit exactly. Storage: If I decide I would prefer a tube I would use a drawing shipping tube, altered lenghth to suit if necessary. They are inexpensive and are about 3 inches in diameter so should loosely contain rolled sheets without creating a permanent set. Incidently, thank you KAF for expanding my education in the culinary arts, providing quality products and generally improving the enjoyment of my old age.

A must have for any baker! The quality of the parchment paper-half sheets exceeds what you find in the stores. The half sheets are the perfect size. I use to cut them down for my cake pans, but I use them so much I now keep the round 8" sheets on hand also.

Don't know why I resisted purchasing this product for so long. I guess I thought it was a bit of an indulgence, after all, how hard is it to rip parchment off a roll? Well, I'm totally sold on these now...the ease of use is fabulous! I only wish I had a drawer in which to store it! This makes baking so easy and fast.

I use parchment paper when I bake apple pies- place pie pan on parchment lined cooky sheet. No sticky mess in the oven. I roll out pizza dough on parchment and bake on my baking stone. Great for baking biscotti, too.
