Very easy to use. The product yields a very rich and creamy pastry filling that tastes homemade...not like an instant mix.

Love the convenience of this product, but I'm wondering if the goodies I fill with it (donut holes, cream puffs, etc) need to be refrigerated after filling, or if the pastry cream is fairly stabilized. I would appreciate any feedback!

I wanted to say THANK YOU for the ingredients list link on each of your products. My husband has a deadly allergy to soy & it's so much safer for me to bake when I know what type of soy is in a product!

How does one review your mixes for ingredients before ordering?

Perfect!!! I used this filling to make Boston Cream Pie and it was great. It held up under the pressure of the cake and chocolate on top and it stayed nicely between the layers, just the right thickness. and oh so yummy! Thanks for yet another great product!

partially hydrogenated oils, chemical preservatives and artificial colors are NOT something I want to eat or feed to anyone else! It is frustrating that you have to hunt for the ingredient lists on KA processed products. I bet a lot of people purchase this without every knowing what is in it!

This cream filling was overly sweet and thickened too much upon standing. I served unsweetened whipped cream over it to cut the sweetness. It certainly is a convenience, but it would be nicer with less sugar.
