I don't know what it is about this fork, but it mixes anything effortlessly, and is so much more efficient that a regular fork. I'm glad it is back in stock; I want to buy one for each of my cooking friends! I use it all the time for so much more than pastry!

Great tool to have in the kitchen, I only wish the handle were rounded instead of flat for a more comfortable hold

This is a great tool for mixing muffins that you don't want to mix too much. I use it in my kitchen for many tasks. I can't wait to get another.
