It is great. 1 drop is perfect in a 16 oz mocha. A little goes a very long way. I would be nice to have a dropper with it instead of having to buy the pack of droppers. If you don't have any droppers make sure to get them. It makes using the oil much easier.

I received this oil as a gift but am not sure how to substitute it for peppermint extract in my recipes. This is strong so you will use only 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon, much less than weaker extracts, in your recipe. This Peppermint Oil is wonderful...very nice flavor! However, a dropper would be great to have as it is easy to get too much! I made the peppermint bark recipe that was in your catalog before Christmas. Delicious!!! The oil along with your wonderful chocolate made it very rich and creamy...lots of compliments! Thank you!!!

Excellent product! I used it today for a batch of macaroons. Added barely 2 drops of this oil into my batter but it was more than enough to give out the scent and taste of peppermint. Love it!

i LOVE THE INTENSE FLAVOR! But yes a dropper would be very helpful. Never know for sure if it was 2 or 3 drops, and a extra drip from the bottle. But my peppermints patties are a big hit. Just like the real thing.
