I have been using Pie Crust Bags for years - and I bake a LOT of pies. Can't even think about making a pie without my Pie Crust Bag - I also use it for any recipe that calls for rolling out dough - Makes cleanup so much easier and the crust is always perfect

I recently used this for the first time & can't wait to bake another pie! I have not baked a pie in years simply because I hate to deal with the crust. Not any more, this took all the pain out of making a crust (along with the excellent crust recipe you offer). Thank you for such a wonderful product.

It is truly a great product. Makes rolling out dough clean and fun. Minimizes messy area. I use it for pizza and pie dough.

I used this to roll out rugalach cookie dough and found it indispensable. I did not wash between short term usage, every couple of days, and found it to have less sticking problems the more I used it. I guess the fine coating of dough/flour on the bag makes a good grounding point for new flour. I found it easier to remove dough by lifting top off slowly then placing a piece of waxed paper on it, invert and then peel again slowly. Transfer dough from waxed paper to what ever you are doing, pie pan or working surface

I love this product, a neighbor gave me one years ago and I wore it out, so I'm on bag number two. With careful handwashing, it should last about 3-4 years (I make a lot of pies). I find it very forgiving and much easier to flip onto the pie plate with no tearing. Worth every penny.

This changed my life! I really had a difficult time rolling out pie crust. I had many coaches over the years who told me their tips but I continued to struggle. No more tears! The one time my dough stuck to the bag, I had been careless about adding water and had overdone it. I was still able to salvage the crust, however. When I use little water, the dough is crumbly and sometimes I have to patch a couple of places after transferring to the pie dish but the crust is flaky and wonderful! Thanks for a great product!

I tried to use this with a crust I made with your pastry flour (which is great). My dough was in perfect shape and was not at all sticky. I floured it as directed, but the dough still stuck! Ruined a perfectly good batch of pie dough!

I have a question actually. :o) Could you tell me if this bag is bpa and phthalate free? It looks wonderful and I would love to try it, but really shy away from plastic these days. Thanks so much! This bag is BPA free, and is made of FDA approved polyethelene. Frank @ KAF.

I love this. And to answer the questions about washing, I do not wash mine, altho I don't think it would be difficult. I brush/shake the flour out and put it away - simple as that! Using this bag is the only way I can get really round pie crusts!

Just finished making the Thanksgiving pies...Apple, Pumpkin and Cranberry Raisin. Love, love, love this!!Left a dirty kitchen to come and let you know how great it is!
