This is the best purchase I have made in a long time! It is so easy to use and my pie crust comes out perfect every time. Now I love to make pies. Clean up is a breeze and no messy counter top.

This is the only KAF item I have purchased that simply doesn't work. The flour falls off the top section so that when you roll out the crust, it sticks to the top side of the bag and removal is difficult.

We're sorry this hasn't worked as expected. Have you tried greasing the inside of the bag? Please feel free to call us at 800-827-6836 for a refund.

Love this item - just used it today for the first time and love the ease of use and clean-up. I had no problems with dough sticking but my dough was chilled before using and I think that helps. I also dampened the surface per the instructions and had no problems with the bag sliding. Great product, but, one question -- how do you get it to roll 14 inches? I had hoped to use this on a 10" pie plate but it was not large enough. Worked great on the 8" pie plate, though.
Perhaps your crust recipe was too small to roll out to 14 inches. ~Amy

Oh my, oh my! I couldn't believe how EASY it was to make my Christmas pies! Due to my over-busy schedule, I ended up making my pies Christmas Eve. I was really dreading it. Never again! Between this handy tool and Susan's baking school on making pie crusts, I may even make pies more often than Thanksgiving and Christmas now!

I am very happy with this. It has greatly improved my pie making. No slipping problem because I put it on top of a towel on the counter top. Also had no trouble rolling from the middle to the outward edge. Thanks for this wonderful product!

I ordered this for a friend and myself I have not used it yet but my friend mads pies in my kitchen and I cannot tell you how wonderful this product is... It conquered all of our pie making bloopers. I have never seen her make so many pie crusts so fast and they were so flaky and light I just could not believe it! We were a little hesitant because so many stated the clean up was difficult but believe me the clean up was a breeze! This enable you to make nice round pie crusts that are easily transferred to the pie plate with ease ( one of our biggest dilemmas! I not only recommend this but think they make great gifts!

I make excellent pie crust already, saw this and wanted to try. Went back immediately to the pastry cloth and rolling pin cover. The space is the same on the counter and it still needs to be floured...so a bit of a mess anyway. Doesn't stick well to the counter making it hard to roll with a full size rolling pin. The middle of the pie crust stays larger than the outside. Would be fine for very amateur cooks using an oil based recipe I guess, but I won't be using mine again.

Sorry this wasn't as you expected. Give us a call at 800-827-6836. We'll gladly issue a refund and please give this away to baker you think would benefit from it.

I too just purchased and used my Pie Crust Bags for the first time this past week. I wonder where they have been all my life... They made everything easier and much less of a mess than all my 40 some years of pie baking. I did do something a little different than the instructions said though as far as the removal of the dough from the bag. When I tried it according to the directions, opening the bag and turning the crust upside down and into the pie plate. That DID make a mess so I opened the bag, placed the rolling pin in the center of the crust, folded the crust over the rolling pin and placed in into the pie plate...the usual method. No mess and the top crust was even easier that way as well. Love it...love it...love it!
