Just adding my "WOW" to all the others! I recently made a strawberry-rhubarb pie (a variety which tends to be runny) and it was PERFECT. This product makes the filling set up beautifully without adding any detracting pastiness. I will never be without this gem!

The ONLY pie thickener I use ! I too, wish it came in larger packages. I usually order 7 bags at a time so I am never without this product.

I would not think of baking a fruit pie or cobbler without this enhancer. I now can say I have "never fail fillings."

I used this for the first time in my apple pie, substituting 1/4 cup for the flour I would normally add to filling. It was great! No running of the filling and no funny taste!

The best pie filling thickener I've ever tried. Received it as a free sample. I'll never use anything else again! Wish it came in larger bags!

Very good - doesn't interfere with the flavor of the fruit as much as other thickeners. Used with fresh and frozen pie cherries with great success.

I made a blueberry pie with "fresh" but frozen blueberries. I added the Pie Filling Enhancer and it was fabulous -- not runny at all. I would highly recommend this - I'm going to buy additional bags to keep in the pantry. What a relief to have a good filling.

I have been using this in apple pie since I first discovered it, but today I used it in the sauce portion of strawberry pie, and the result was wonderful. My husband, who had told me in no uncertain terms that he could not stand strawberry pie polished his off with gusto. I consider this an essential part of my baking cupboard.

I just used this for a strawberry-rhuberry pie, notorious for it's watery results. Not only did the product perform as promised, I believe it's the best pie I have ever made, and I've been making pies for a long time! If you bake fruit pies, you need to try this!

I received this item as a free sample and was relunctant to try it, but I am so glad that I did! LUMP FREE fillings now, and delicious.
