This is a great pan, but whenever I use it to bake a graham cracker crust, the crust does not stay flat, it rises up a bit. How can I stop this from happening?

I've always loved metal pie pans. They're sturdy (important when you're bringing pie to a potluck or holiday dinner) and durable. This is the best metal pie pan I've ever tried. The ridges in the bottom help the crust brown and keep it crisp. And it's a generous 1 1/2" deep, so you won't slosh your pumpkin pie filling all over the floor as you're trying to carry the pie to the oven. It also rinses clean easily, thanks to its tough non-stick coating. This pan is a keeper!
