Wonderful item...I've bought this seasoning several times and really enjoy that when added to foods it comes alive. Very flavorful.

As with other reviewers, I am not generally a fan of packaged seasoning mixes, but I use this for so many things I would love to have it available in larger jars or packages. I know it would be pretty pricey, but I'd go for it anyway. I add it to ricotta for lasagna, olive oil for dipping, bread and, yes, even pizza.

I've never been much of a fan of seasoning blends - always preferred to mix my own. But this is a seasoning blend I will never again be without. It's perfect for pizzas, artisan bread toppings, or any Italian dish.

We love, love, love this spice blend! We use it on everything from pizza to garlic bread to pasta sauce. My only disappointment? Its removal from the items that ship free list.

I was hesitant to order this because I find pre-mixed spices to have some sort of commercial flavor I can't explain but I don't like. Not the case here. This is awesome not only in pizza sauce, but in pasta sauce as well. Likewise, I incorporated a good amount of it into the KAF basic pizza crust mix once and froze half. As a pizza crust it was outstanding. When I thawed the remainder, I used smoke of it for a small pizza and the rest rolled into sticks, baked and drizzled with butter. WONDERFUL! I had an unfortunate incident of dropping the baggie of spices and having the remainder of the contents fly all over the kitchen. I used my dust-buster type hand vac to pick it up and of course emptied and cleaned out the filter. That was at least a few years ago. Now every time I use the hand vac, I get the light smell of these spices! What a bonus! Who knew it could be used as vac deodorizer as well! Accidents often result in inventions, I guess!

Very tasty Italian style season! I prefer it to the regular with just the right amount of garlic and herbs. I agree with other reviewers though that it is a bit too salty. I have to limit how much I use when making pizza because I don't like a salty pizza. This is a good all in one seasoning, but I would prefer if the salt were left out so that I could add how much *I* want.

The perfect product with msny uses. We use it on pizza as atopping and in the dough. Great on popcorn and pasta. It is a standard in our house.
