Very easy; very good. I usually make enough for two breakfasts, sometimes add the leftovers to bread dough.

This is the most delicious hot cereal I have had. I normally eat oatmeal in the morning, but was growing tired of it. Since I have a long commute in the morning, I made a pot last night and put it into 2 single serving containers. I made it with half water, half milk, and added brown sugar, chopped pecans, and a little maple syrup. I grabbed one this morning, heated it when I got to work, and voila, a healthy breakfast in 90 seconds. Word to the wise, if you are going to make this the night before and reheat it in the morning, use a little extra water/milk. It will keep it from getting too firm when it sits in the fridge overnight.

I ordered this the first time to try somehting different from just oatmal. I wanted a healthy warm cereal. I then reodered it because it was so good. I look forward to eating it frequently through this coming winter.

The porridge is good as a cereal, but the bread recipe on the sack is wonderful! Everyone loves it and I've given many to friends to try.

Not only is it absolutely delicious as hot cereal, the bread recipe on the package is wonderful--tender and chewy, with a nutty, crisp crust.

The porridge is quick, easy and absolutely wonderful on a cold morning. Great addition to the ceareal cupboard, and the bread recipe is fantastic.

I like to eat a hot cereal breakfast anytime anyday. This is one of my favorites. The other favorite is the muesli. They both stick to your ribs and are soothing to my tummy.
