I just used this for the first time in a coconut pecan rum cake. It's a great recipe to start with and I hesitated to try to improve on it. BUT... after I opened the bottle of this and smelled it I knew I should try it. It was even better than I could have imagined. I will use it in all pecan recipes from now on!! I am going to purchase more right now because with my luck it will be discontinued. You will love this!!

In an effort to make low calorie items, I bought this product. The flavor is nicely strong....I use it in coffee...4 drops; in a jelled dessert I make with unflavored gelatine and milk and artifical sweetener.

I used the flavor in the Caramel Pecan Cheesecake and it was good. I will experiment with other recipes.

Great stuff. Used 1/4 tsp in my banana cake on a whim, and people raved about the flavor, the pecan flavor enhanced the banana like you wouldn't believe. A strong and true pecan flavor.
