Great salt; stuck to the pretzels after baking, gave a very nice professional touch. For reference, I find that this is a bit thicker than kosher salt.

This was the missing piece to make my pretzels look more professional. I think they look much better with it.

I have to say my review is not of the product because after 5 weeks I haven't received it. I ordered it and when I phoned about it, I was told it had been changed to USPO. Further that the ship to address had changed. Well, I moved but received orders from KAF both before and after this. I feel frustrated since I bought and received the other ingredients to make the flour. UPDATE: I called customer service as suggested. The order should arrive today. I appreciate the help in getting it sorted out. 5 stars all the way!
