These are awesome! They are easy to make; even the first pancake turns out right. They are very nice with vanilla yogurt instead of syrup. After making these, we tried several pumpkin pancake recipes (both from scratch and from mixes) and nothing has come close.

They were delicious, even for someone who doesn't normally like pumpkin flavor. But...because there is sugar in the mix already (and plenty of it) they stick to the pan rather badly. I usually cut the sugar in half when I make pancakes for this reason...having to to fight to flip pancakes over on the griddle kind of mars the enjoyment.

These are EXCELLENT! I received a complimentary package of the mix with a recent order which arrived yesterday. This morning was the first "chilly" morning we've had in my area and I decided these pancakes were perfect for the occasion. I added a few chopped pecans to the batter and had dessert for breakfast along with my Irish tea! YUMMM! It's FALL Y'ALL. I'm back for more!
