These brushes are great! they are so easy to clean and you don't have to worry about leaving bristles on your food.

Very nicely made and useful item. Suitably floppy 'bristles' so that it doesn't disturb anything. Very easy to clean thoroughly. Good job.

These brushes work great and are easily washed in the dishwasher. Silicone makes for sanitary bristles every time.

These are great! I wanted a basting/pastry brush that was easier to clean than the bristle brushes and I found it!!! So I ordered the larger one also.

I've been looking for a good pastry brush replacement for a long time. Something that would last and wouldn't leave "hairs" on my baked goods from a brush falling apart when I used it. I thought I'd give this one a try but I was frankly doubtful. I'm actually impressed! The bristles are gentle enough to not deflate my risen doughs yet strong enough to spread olive oil or sauce on something more substantial. I haven't tried using it to baste with but that's not really what I bought them for. They are easy to clean and the red color is easy to find in the utensil drawer. Nice going KAF!
