What is the difference between active dry and instant yeast. My recipe calls for granulated yeast, which one should I use since they both look the same.

This yeast is great for use in my bread baking. Because you can freeze it, buying in bulk makes sense. You save so much money over the packets in the grocery store. Never had a failed dough yet!

This is absolutely the best yeast. I bake bread weekly and would not use any other yeast.

The price alone makes this item worth buying. If you use yeast buying this 2 lb bag will save you money & is an excellent yeast.
