For the absolutely crispiest-crusted pizza and bread.
Do you have a stone oven? Not many of us do. But you can make “stone oven” pizzas, flatbreads, and hearth breads with this pizza baking stone.
- Brick-oven baking stone absorbs the oven’s heat, then transfers it to bread.
- Moisture disperses out through the crust, making terrific, light-textured breads and pizzas with an incredible crackly-crunchy crust.
- Handmade in America, for total control over both the clay from which it’s made, and the firing process.
- Fired to well over 2,000°F for many hours, producing a unique product. This manufacturer holds the original patent for “pizza stone;” it’s often imitated, but never equaled.
- Keep in your oven full time.
- 13” diameter x 1/2” is perfect for your 12” pizza or large country loaf.

I bought this stone couple of months ago! Really disapointed with outcome of the pizza. Everytime I screwd up transferring the pizza from pizza peel) I should have bought regular pizza pan, so i can make on it and just put it in the oven.
Have you tried parchment paper yet? Just shape the pizza on the parchment paper and use your peel to transfer the pizza, paper and all to the pre-heated stone. Easy Peasy, and no sticking!

This is a great pizza stone! It was the one rated best by Cook's Illustrated and they were absolutely right. I use it at least once a week. It makes perfect pizza. No more going out for pizza. Easy to clean--just scrape with a putty knife. If you make pizza, get this stone!!

I've been using this stone for a few months now and it performs beautifully. They clay is thick enough to do a great job and it's not too heavy to move around easily. Love this stone and the folks at King Arthur's rock!
