Just guessing because I'm only now ordering this product for the first time. What I've used and am requesting is the Schokinag Extreme Bittersweet 1 lb. bag of chocolate chips. Don't know why you gave these up, but I will have to look elsewhere. I'm not in the mood to step down.

Excellent dark chocolate chips. Loads of flavor making cookies and muffins taste even better. They are also very tasty right out of the bag!

Delicious, but I don't' think all that noticeably better in most of the things I've tried them in. I was surprised that I didn't think they were better, as I do think the bars and burgendy chunks are better. Also, they are really small buttons, not chips. Which is nice to have a smaller thinner piece in some things and for melting, but my kids were seriously offended that they weren't recognizably chips. And the small size gives less of a chocolate hit in cookies.

Excellent chips. I love the bittersweet chocolate; anything else is just too sweet. And these have a perfect balance with a great chocolate flavor. They will be a pantry staple for me!

Please bring back the extreme bittersweet Schokonag chocolate with the 70 percent plus content. The last order in 3 lb bags is not as good. Charge more if you must for the extra cocoa.

Chocolate chips cookies are greatly enhanced by the flavor of these chips. I also use them in trail mix with cheerios weekly.
