LOVE THIS PAN!!

I bought 2 of these pans. One was a birthday gift for myself and the other was a Christmas gift for my sister. This pan is fantastic! I use it for my homemade scones and ALL the mixes from KAF, including the filled cream scones. I've never had a problem with the scones sticking to the pan. I spray the pan with a non-stick spray and the scones fall right out! Buy this pan.....you will LOVE it!

Used this pan for the first time this morning for the French Toast Scones. Excellent browning! I had no problems with sticking - the scones flipped right out. I used nonstick spray and ensured all sides and bottoms were covered. I highly recommend this pan. I will never shape my scones by hand again!

LOVE THIS PAN! Love it so much I got one for each of my daughters. They love theirs too! I use it for cornbread also. Use the 1/4 cup scoop to measure out the batter. Bakes up much faster and my family raves. Sides of cornbread are brown but not hard. If you're having issues with sticking. Wait a second before removing the bread. I've found the residual steam helps with release of any bread in this pan. Otherwise, use lots of spray; make sure to cover all surfaces.

I've only used the pan once, but I loved how the scones came out. I especially liked the fact that you don't have the handle the dough too much in order to cut it into triangles -- what a messy job that is. With the pan, you can scoop portions of the dough into each compartment without overhanding and they come out perfectly wedge-shaped. Unlike the first reviewer, I had no trouble getting the scones out of the pan. I used a little butter to grease the compartments and then let the scones cool for 5 minutes in the pan. They just slid right out. Good product and I highly recommend it.

I like that I can get perfect shaped scones. But I have a hard time getting them out of the pan. I spray the pan first with a non-stick spray but they still stick to the pan. If anyone has an idea about getting them out. I don't let them sit in the pan long either.
Debra - I am sorry you are having some difficulty removing your scones. Please cotninue to spray your pan and be sure the corners crumb free. Also, allow your scones to cool for at least 5 minutes prior to unmolding. Elisaebth @ KAF

I love this pan. Heavy weight yet easy to handle hot from the oven, and my scones are not only the perfect shape but they slip right out of the pan - no sticking - I can't say enough good things about this pan and plan on buying another for holiday gifts this year.

LOVE this pan! It makes perfect shaped scones and they pop out so easy - the pan is heavy and durable and washes up nicely in the dishwasher - if you like scones - you'll LOVE this pan.

This pan is wonderful. With a little Baker's Friend, my scones popped right out. The Blueberry Scone mix was out of this world. I cooked mine for 14 minutes per instructions, but next time I'll cook for 15 or maybe even 16 (and cover with foil for the last 2 minutes so they don't brown too much). Best scones I've ever made.
