This is a fantastic gift (give one to yourself). I got one a couple of years ago. I've had to replace the ingredients ? this got me hooked on several things. The pan is great. It's extremely sturdy and easy to clean. I cook corn bread in it all the time. Cooks evenly, cleans up fast and the ridges also work as cutting guides so you can make your squares somewhat even.

I purchased this collection as a gift for my daughter. I, myself, have only used the Fiori di Scilia and love the flavor it gives to some of my recipes. I have been an avid user of your flour for many years. I can only give you a rating on the Fiori di Scilia.

For the price, this is an incredible deal! I love the Vietnamese Cinnamon, this is my 3rd bottle. All the bold flavors add spice and pizzazz to all of my baked goods!

First, the pan is GREAT! All of the ingredients are wonderful. I made the brownies to take to a family get together and everyone loved them. The recipe is on the back of the cocoa.I also made a sugar free version for my husband and I and they were great. The expresso makes a deep,rich flavor.
