Great taste--real money-saver. I buy ready-made croissants at Costco, make slits in each side, insert the sticks, throw them in the oven at 300 for 10 minutes to crisp them and melt th chocolate. My husband would eat them every morning!

Always a hit! Just ordered 6 bags to get me through the summer... hope it's enough! I strictly use it for pain au chocolate, but my husband will occasionally sneak it in his coffee or make chocolate crepes with it. There is nothing that is better for pain au chocolate! Anything else melts and becomes a gooey mess. These retain their shape beautifully!
