I have ordered this mix several times and my family loves it! The loaf bakes up beautifully and fills the house with the delicious aroma of a pizzeria. This bread makes a wonderful sandwich - soft and packed with flavor - definitely one of my favorites!

The Italian Parmesan-Herb bread came out great - my wife finished it with some sesame seeds. She used her bread machine to mix/knead and the oven to proof and bake.

I ordered 3 boxes of your Italian Parmesan-Herb Yeast bread mix and prepared them as instructed in my bread machine. The finished loaf was beautiful to look at, however, much too salty. I tried again on another day, and to my chagrin, this loaf was also too salty. Hoping against hope that I was the one who made a booboo, I prepared the last loaf but again the same thing happened- beautiful to look at, too salty to eat. I hope that the salt in the mix can be adjusted in the future.
