Great for small amounts of ingredients (flavorings, citrus peels, spices) when you're setting up to bake. They squeeze to make a spout so pouring is easy, and the sale price is great.

These are great mini pans. Have used a few times cooking with my grandson (5 yr). They hold up well in the oven and cleanup easily. Bye bye metal pans.

I bought the mini silicone pans to use with the chocolate lava cake mix and they came out beautifully! I would highly recommend these mini pans!

I absolutely love these mini pans. I purchased these to make the magic lemon cakes and the lava cakes. But after using them, I thought of so many other ways to use them in terms of single servings. I intent to make individual meatloaves, pineapple upside down cakes, flan, pot pies, and casseroles. The fact that these can go from freezer to oven and then back to freezer makes them very handy in the kitchen. And they're also safe for the microwave. And best of all, they clean so effortlessly.

My impulse purchase was a winnter!! I purchased these cups a couple of years ago and I've found many uses when I cook/bake. They bake beautifully and cleanup is a snap. Besides desserts I've used them for mini casseroles and I've found they are great for baking just a few frozen rolls, as well as yeast rolls made from scratch. Individual breakfast casseroles are great: just bake and invert on the plate. These are a must if you bake for one or two people. I'm still discovering new uses and they are as good as new.

I use these to make large corn bread muffins fairly often. These are great for freezing individual servings of fruit, soup, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, pork barbecue, etc. Because they are so flexible and smooth, they peel righ off whatever you freeze. You can then put all of them in zip-lock bags or use your FoodSaver to vacuum package them. When I used small ceramic bowls, I had to let them thaw a little to get the food out of the container, and everything was a mess. I'm ordering a second set today. I freeze leftovers from meals and large batches of family recipes, etc.
