Very useful- I love that it has measurements on it- very practical. Washes well, very durable and does the job it's supposed to do.

I really like this scraper and I use it when I make ciabatta to scrape the bowl and flip the dough over. It's also useful in cutting the dough in pieces without cutting through the mat. I use it a lot!

I use this to cut my butterhorn yeast rolls on my mat and it works great. Also use it to get loosen pie dough crust as I roll it out. I'm buying 1 for my daughter! I think it is great.

Too thick, too stiff. Not excited about the way this thing works. It ought to be flexible. The softer lip insert is a little too soft. This looks good but doesn't work as well as my old KA scraper which I cannot locate for the life of me.

This is my first dough scraper and it was a good decision on my part. Very handy dandy and it's blue . . . makes it very easy to spot from the rest of the kitchen gadgets. It's comfortable to hold, fits in the bread machine pan nicely and gets around the corners. Only thing is gripping can be tricky. All in all it's a keeper. For the price and the multiple functions I'd say it's fair. If only they made a bigger version.
