I am disappointed with this item. I thought the bags would be the type often found packaged around crusty artisan types of bread (the kind that had holes in them). These bags are just plain plastic bags and probably work for loaf breads okay. I would not recommend them for crusty breads as the bread loses its crustiness if encased in the bag.

Great bags. Like everyone else, I wish they came with twist ties; had to buy flat clips to use instead. Other than that they are wonderful.

I was having such a hard time finding something to put my bread in. Came across these and they are absolutely perfect. I use my chip clips to hold them close and the bread stays fresh! Recommend these to anyone interested in keeping their baked goods fresh

These bags are perfect for a loaf of bread, not to mention numerous other things. They have just enough more heft to make them very useful.

Perfect size for my 1-lb loaves and heavy enough for short-term freezer storage. Have tried many other bags available at local markets and chain stores but all were either too big or too short to close properly. And now I have a use for all the twist ties that accumulate in my kitchen drawers.

I bake my bread in a 4 x 12 in. pan and these bread bags are exactly the right size. They are a good weight for freezing bread, too. Just wish they came with twist ties.

These bags are excellent and are much cheaper than buying the high-priced bags from the grocery store. The quantity/quality for the money is by far the best deal! I not only use them for breads but also cookies, muffins, etc.

Have used thes for years for bread storage after th first prime fresh slices of bread are used and storage is required, fit both tall and fairly large round loaves and ar convenient and sturdy for us with many ofher foods.
