Love the flavor of this salt. I use it in the vanilla dreams recipe on this site in place of the regular salt to give the cookies some complexity (along with a little espresso powder, which I also recommend!). I like the crunchy texture, and I think the other reviewer's idea of using it on baked potatoes is a great one!

Love the Maldon smoked sea salt. I like to use it after shimmering green beans all day in broth. The smoked sea salt is a nice finishing touch which adds even more flavor.

I really ordered the smoked salt for my son. He really likes it. He and his wife love to cook together and use the salt on fish.

Always a favorite in my kitchen, this salt adds a crunchy texture to many good foods. Added at the end of cooking a dish, it lends a perfect finish. Added to a fresh green salad, it is delightful.

Never knew there was smoked sea salt. What a find. My family loves the taste of smoked foods. The flakes of salt 'melt' instantly on foods, giving them a delicious smoked taste. Wonderful on a baked potato. The flakes go a long way too. I'll definitely be ordering more.

Maldon smoked sea salt is wonderful. The rich smokey taste brings out the natural flavors of poultry, beef, fish and vegetables. You can instantly tell the different from regular sea salts to smoked. Thank you
