I have been using this wonderful product for many, many years and just love it. This sugar definitely does NOT melt and get gooey like traditional powdered sugar! What a boon! I can sprinkle it atop baked goods right from the oven and the sugar stays put, but does not melt. I would buy this by the 5 or 10-pound bag if it were available -- I love it that much for my baking.

Love this item. I'll be honest I did not know such an item exited. So I tried it after seeing it at KAF. Now I wouldn't be without it in the pantry. Now after baking I can wake up the following morning & still see the sugar on top my pastries.

Just when you want to finish with a flourish, this sugar really cooperates. Nice presentation, and, does not melt, as noted. Very easy way to "ice" up whatever you're making.

This is excellent! I have so many people ask me how my "sugar" stays so nicely on my baked goods. I make about 10 Stollens as gifts at Christmas and this is the best item. The only thing I do is sprinkle this on first and then follow with a good coating of regular powdered sugar so that the taste is very pleasing..........WONDERFUL item for bakers!!

Doesn't taste like powdered sugar but I love the non melting quality. When I make chocolate crinkle cookies I roll them first in powdered sugar and then a second time in the non melting so I get the best of both worlds

I used this product on Stollen. I was very pleased that it kept it's white powdery color and texture and did not melt into the Stollen. I will use this product again.

I hate to say this because I wanted this stuff to work for me, but this product is really awful because of the taste. I used it on lemon yogurt scones and had to throw them out ...along with the bag of SNow White No-Melting Sugar. The flavor is just horrid and it stays with you long after you've eaten it. It must be the "titanium dioxide" ingredient that is giving this a bad taste. The partially hydrogenated palm oil as an ingredient is bad enough, but titanium dioxide? I looked it up and was reminded of how bad this stuff is. I know it's used in other food products (and paint), but I wouldn't necessarily buy those either, if I saw this as an ingredient. I think I'd rather have my sugar melt than eat titanium dioxide in my homemade baked goods. This is my fault, though, because I should have read the ingredient list more carefully. But I still love KAF. Great company.

Sorry this wasn't what you expected, please call us at 800-827-6836 for a refund.

Pro - the sugar does not melt when in contact with heat. Con - it has a more commercial texture and doesn't have the "melt in your mouth" feel that regular powdered sugar has.

Used to decorate brownies this year, which were provided as presents inside plastic zipper bags. The sugar didn't get pressed into the brownies, stayed nice and white and pretty! Very pleased with the results.
