I love this pan! I was in production mode for a cookie exchange, and I gave up on my stone mold and just made loads of trips to the oven with this one pan. It turned out spectacular cookies, batch after batch (I made over 8 dozen... and am in a butter shortage now!) The imprint was beautiful on every cookie, and I used my big pizza slicer to cut the squares. A little pastry roller is handy if you're striving for uniform thickness - it's not mandatory, but it's a handy helper!

Elegant shortbread in nicely-sized squares. For best snowflake impressions, butter empty pan very lightly and press dough evenly and firmly throughout.

I almost didn't buy this pan, I'm so attached to my ceramic ones, but I found the metal one did a much better job! It browner the cookies more evenly and the designs show up more dramatically. Can't wait for more designs to be available!

This is a beautiful pan and functions well too. I just turned my shortbread out and I was surprised at how clear the snowflake impressions came out. I didn't have any baking spray, so I brushed the pan very lightly with butter. Worked perfectly. The Solstice Shortbread cookies are beautiful and delectable!

This is a great pan. I sprayed the pan with a flour baking spray and used the recipe that came with it. The cookies baked evenly and when I turned the pan upside down, the cooies fell out of the pan. The snowflakes imprint turned out nicely. Clean up was easy with a dish brush. I am very happy with it. I did not like the shortbread recipe that came with it, I would recommend using a different one (it needed salt and a bit more sugar).

Very nice pan. The included shortbread cookie recipe is easy to make and this pan makes them look beautiful. The cookies baked very nicely and came out easily and everyone really liked them. They were just as good the next day.
