Soft ginger is lovely in scones & cakes
This ultra-soft diced ginger, a cross between crystallized and ginger in syrup, practically melts in your mouth -- especially when it's in a bite of hot scone or cookie! In 16-ounce tub, about 2 cups.

We are using this to make homemade ice cream. It is delicious, and the small soft bits are just the right size and texture to bite into. Flavor is outstanding!

This ginger is a major staple in my kitchen. I use it in most of my baking, cooking, and also use it for myself, husband, grandchildren, etc., for upset stomachs, GE reflux, or other gastrointestinal disturbances.

I LOVE ginger and this is a great addition to my kitchen. I made the Solstice Shortbread recipe from the KA website and with this in it I almost ate the whole pan by myself. I will be sure to keep this on hand always.

One of the most delicious things on earth! Try it when making ice cream, or even on a peanut butter sandwich. Heavenly.

Quality is high. Packaging is deficient. Two consecutive tubs arrived cracked, leaving sticky syrup over most of the other items and stuffing. To their credit, KAF finally (quickly) credited me. I only wanted them to know that the packaging was poor, to save future customers.

Excellent quality; unusual form of ginger--I've usually used it fresh or crystallized. I used what I ordered in scones--have a ginger lover in my house, and he gave the scones an A+!

Originally, I purchased the soft diced ginger for a recipe for pumpkin whoppie pies, but it never made it that far. It makes a great substitute for jelly in a peanut butter sandwich, and adds the right sweetness of ginger to asian dishes. I would buy it, again. A little goes a long way and keeps well so it is worth the price.

It is excellent in a recipe for old-fashioned gingerbread, along with dried ginger, molasses, and raisins.

Delicious in double ginger cookies or for nibbling on if you like the taste of sweetened ginger. I am doubling my order as my daughter in law is a convert.
