I used this syrup with my seltzer maker to make my own ginger ale and it was even better than I hoped. I also intend to use it in ice tea when Summer arrives and in mixed cocktails that call for a simple syrup, like margaritas, etc. I will also use it as a base for marinades with something acidic. Great product!
