Absolutely a must-have for popovers! I was so pleased with the first one that I bought a second because I cannot keep up with the demand when I serve them. The popovers come out perfect every time: sky-high and fluffy. Then the pan cleans up like a charm.

Nice, heavy weight. I like having handles to grasp from the oven. I used my own popover recipe and preheated the pan with non stick spray and a spot of butter in the bottom. Popovers came out easily.

I have made popovers for years in muffin pans and had a problem with sticking. This pan is a dream!

I had never made popovers before I purchased this pan, but I have a friend who makes them from time to time when I beg bad enough :) So when the free shipping came along I figured, why not! I made my first batch of popovers the next day with a recipe from the KA website and they were heavenly! Now about the pan... this thing is the first thing I'm grabbing if we have robbers! It is more heavy duty then some of my cast iron skillets! I was more then pleased with the quality. I look forward to owning this pan for years to come.

Quality of the pan is excellent, easy to clean. Popovers are absolutely wonderful made in the pan. Why I waited so long to get one, I don't know. Also bought two for gifts. Thanks King Arthur!

I purchased the regular size pan and made popovers last night. There are only 2 of us, so I halved the recipe. It says it makes 12 but I suddenly realized there was not enough batter to fill all 6 . After I filled the first one 2/3 full, I had to start filling about halfway and still had one without anything in it. The next time I will make the whole recipe. I think the reason this happened is because the cups are very deep. Thanks KA for all your great recipes.

I purchased this along with the mini popover pan that makes 12 mini popovers. This pan is very well designed, heavy and non-stick. All of these qualities allow for the best popovers, and small quick breads. I am really happy with this purchase. I'm tired of flimsy pans even when they're labeled 'Professional' quality. If the gauge isn't at least 18, baked goods burn or dry out and the effort is lost along with the ingredients. This pan is definitely worth the investment.

Very good quality. The pan was of very heavy weight, and produced absolutely beautiful popovers. I need to purchase another pan to accommodate the KA Popover Mix.

I have not made popovers in years. I bought a magazine which had a great dinner pictured with popovers. Of course I wanted to start mkaing them again. I started looking for a pan but all seemed cheap quality. I finally checked King Arthur and immediately purchased this pan. PERFECT! I loved the pan the second I opened the box. I made the popovers which were good and hit the spot but something seemed missing. I later bought King Arthur popover mix and OMG, to die for. Thank you for the pan and the mix. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was due to the size of the pan. I wish it had 12 sections and not 6. Honestly, great pan and going to buy another one to get the 12.
