This made a big improvement to my sticky buns. Using only brown sugar made them hard.

The finer nature of this sugar makes a great difference in the melting of the 'goo' for the sticky buns. It melds together with the butter to make a sticky rather than grainy topping.

I have ordered this several times. It really makes a difference with the sticky bun recipe. It makes the topping just right - nice and gooey without getting too hard.

I purchased this sugar but the package has no directions for use. I know it says on line that you mix it with brown sugar and butter, but to what measurements? I noticed many comments made were that they added too much brown sugar or not enough. What is the exact recipe for using this sugar as a sticky bun sugar topping for cinnamon rolls?
That recipe is right here on the product page. In the description, just above the Nutritional Information there is our Sticky Bun Glaze recipe: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/sticky-bun-glaze-recipe

This was a great addition to my usual cinnamon bun recipe. I think I would use a bit less next time. It turned out a little hard, so I think adding more brown sugar will correct that.
