Test kitchen tips
Note: The mixed peel enclosed with this kit should be soaked for 24 hours prior to use. But if you forgot to plan ahead, do a “quick soak.” Place the fruit and soaking liquid in a small pan or microwave-safe container. Bring to a boil, cover, and let sit for about an hour, stirring once. The peel will absorb the liquid very quickly.
