The first thing that came to mind, when I smelled this, is childhood memories of yellow cake mix. My pound cake turned out terrific. I used this in making Oatmeal Crisp cookies, and I loved it. I'm sold!

I refuse to go without this in my kitchen; it is a must-have for my baking. Since it's an emulsion rather than an extract, the flavor doesn't fade because of the heat. Your friends will have a hard time putting their finger on what that flavor is, but everyone will agree it's delicious!

Just to let you know, I have discovered a new, delicious use for your > "Sweet Dough Flavor": as the base flavor in my homemade Butter Pecan > ice cream! It is simply excellent!! One and 1/2 tsp added to the > eggs in the base volume for 1 1/2qts of ice cream. > Yum!
