This is a MUST in my special homemade Buttercream icings. In most cases, I add it along with the Vanilla bean Paste for a complex flavor. Note: Tahitian Vanilla is best used in recipes that are not cooked or baked, so to avoid the alcohol taste. It is a pleasant, floral taste/aroma.

This Tahitian vanilla is intense, fruity & flowery! It is simply awesome!! I use it in combination with the Mexican and Bourbon vanillas for some things, but mostly reserve this for creme brulee, rice pudding, dessert sauces and the like. It's really aromatic and complex - well worth the money!!! This has taken my baking to a whole different level!

Mmm! A different vanilla flavor entirely, but very delicious. I like adding it with Madagascar bourbon vanilla and Mexican vanilla in recipes for a triple vanilla flavor.

The Nielsen-Massey website describes the difference between Tahitian and Madagascar vanillas wonderfully. THANK YOU for carrying both!!
