When a new "Baking Sheet" arrives, I look forward to curling up with it and a cup of tea. A different posture is required for reading it at the computer (though tea is still possible), but the index and PDF's are easy to open and use to find things, also fun to go through at random. Often I go to the index for a specific search, and then end up reading something entirely different that caught my attention. The transition to color and better and better graphics is interesting to watch over the course of the magazine's evolution (though the early issues are charming, fun, and well-written too). Unless you're only happy reading magazines in paper form, you will love these.

This is a question not a review. I have a mini laptop which does not have a CD Drive. Is there any possibility that this collection will be made available for purchase and download? Thanks.
Hi, please contact us either at 800-827-6836 or customercare@kingarthurflour.com. We'd be happy to discuss how we may be able to accommodate this.

I love the recipes that are on this disc. To facilitate finding the recipes, I did the following: 1. copy all folders to my hard drive 2. Open adobe and open the index file - and printed it. I put this into my binder with my other baking sheets with a special tab. 3. To find recipes on line, I open adobe, and do a search of the index. It is limited to what is listed in the index, but I found all of the 'machine bread' without scrolling through all the recipes. I would suggest that an additional index be developed and added to the current index for ingredients. For example, I would like to view all soup that contain chicken without opening all the soup recipes. There are some special classification like whole grain, but it could use a bit more information then one could do a search of the index to find the recipe wanted without looking at all. Otherwise I love all the recipes on-line. Especially love the ones that are in color. Thanks for doing tis.

I ordered both 2000-2009 and 1990-1999 Baking Sheet CDs, and was disappointed with both. The CDs contain just PDF files of the newsletter, and don't provide any user interface or full-text search or other electronic media capabilities.

I received my cd, but the very first edition I clicked on didn't do anything. I didn't even open a blank document. Please give our Customer Service folks a call @ 1-800-827-6836. They will be happy to assist you. Tara@KAF

Just received the 2000-2009 Baking Sheet CD-Rom. The Winter 2000 issue only shows the cover and will not display the entire issue. All other issues appear in their entirety.
We are sorry about the missing issue and are aware of it. Please call us, 1-800-827-6836, so we may send you the pdf to your email address. Elisabeth
