The layout of the book is entertaining and informative. The recipes are very easy to follow. I am learning lots of new tricks to make baking from scratch easier. I love this cookbook.

When I received the cookbook the binder was broken. I called and immediately was shipped a replacement. The cookbook itself is exactly what I was expecting and I will really enjoy using it over the years.

I just started baking seriously, and got this for Christmas. My skills have soared! Just full of info one never sees in other cookbooks. Just watching my family enjoy what I make means this is the best gift ever. And thanks to KA, I am the best Grandma ever!

This is my favorite cook book ever. I LOVE the spiral! Written in easy to understand language. Even the contents page is mouthwatering. I LOVE it!

I am really enjoying this cookbook. There are so many recipes that I am excited about trying. Plus is like all of my bread recipes are all in one book.

Wonderful, helpful information about the science of flour and baking. My daughter called to ask about ginger snaps spreading and I could right to the book and find the answer. Yea!

This book is filled with thousands of great recipes that are easy to follow - I love it! Some of greatest creations have come from this book. Glad I bought it!

My favorite cookbook. This book was a gift from my Dad many years ago and I have since gifted it to many others. It has wonderful recipes, instructions, and variety. A must in your baking library.

During the past several months I have been making biscuits and yeast rolls using the King Arthur flour and other items. I love the cookbook and have used several of the recipes and having great success every time. The cookbook is very easy to follow. Highly recommend it to anyone.
